In Every Circumstance, Including Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations:

Transaction Conducted by a Local Consumer:
Exchange for a Different Size: If the product you ordered does not fit well, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the delivery date to request an exchange for a different size. If your pin code has access to a reverse pickup service, we will contact you to arrange a pickup at the area where you had the product delivered and then send you the proper item. It is important to keep in mind that the consumer is responsible for the reverse pickup expenses, which come to Rs. 300. In the event that you are unable to use the reverse pickup service because of your pin code, you will need to send the item back with your name and mobile number prominently displayed on the box. Only issues that are directly related to size are eligible for exchange. It is not possible to return or exchange sale items or items purchased with a discount or special offer.
To Return:
Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be returned to us under any circumstances.
Delivered Incorrectly or With Damage:
In the case that you receive a product that is broken or defective, or if you were sent the wrong item, please let us know within twenty-four hours of the delivery. We are going to replace the product with a new one utilizing the quickest delivery service we can find. Before they are shipped out, all of our items go through a stringent quality control process that consists of three layers, and this process is documented for your convenience. In the event that there is an issue with the goods, the only way for us to fix it is for the client to send us an uncut video of them opening the package (instructions for doing so are included on the label of the delivery package to make the procedure as easy as possible).
When an exchange is not permitted because:
owing to the possibility of a 7–8% color discrepancy resulting from differences in screen resolution and lighting, requests for exchanges will not be honored owing to the appearance of the product. In addition, customers won’t be able to get their money back if they want to return an item just because they don’t like the product’s color or material. We only utilize materials of the highest possible quality, and we make sure that every aspect of the product is thoroughly detailed in the product description. Cancellations Made by the Client:
